2 Days: 16 Hours Credit
Level I: 16-hour (2 days) workshop teaching Whole Health Management

- Daily Maintenance Plan
- Cognitive Distortions
- Dreams & Goals (Bucket List)
- Trauma Triggers Action Plan
- Early Warning Signs
- When Things Are Breaking Down
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONIn order to register (apply) for this training, please complete the following:
