New to road cycling and want to master the basics? Our Beginner Road Bike Training will get you quickly up to speed - literally!
What will you learn?
In a small group (max. 10 participants), you’ll train for 1.5 hours per session, covering:
- Bike handling skills for safe and confident riding
- Group riding techniques and positioning in wind
- Speed control and cadence for smoother cycling
- Essential bike maintenance & gear tips
- Nutrition advice for longer rides

5 Saturday mornings in Spring
