This week offers an immersion in the practices of improvisation and composition and considers the activity of performing in public as an extension of these practices. The 6 mornings of this intensive are dedicated to training the skills we need to practice performance.
The proposals develop a search for diverse qualities of movement and a variety of physical states. They open spaces where everyone can develop a personal language and experiment with modes of attention, such as being attentive to internal and external spaces, exploring group scores and constellations. They prepare our body, our senses and our group to interact with each other and to shape time and space through our senses and our imagination.
