About this Event

This 2-day immersive leadership training is designed to help you strengthen your mindset, elevate your coaching skills, and step into a more intentional way of leading.

Day 1: Aligning Your Desire
We begin by guiding you to identify your true desires, give them focused attention, and learn how to fully allow them into your leadership journey. This day is about clarity, mindset alignment, and unlocking personal direction.

Day 2: Coaching & Connection
The second day focuses on building stronger leadership impact through the Law of Connection. You will also be introduced to the GROW Coaching Model, a practical framework to elevate your coaching conversations and support effective team growth.
