About this Event
Injuries are never fun, and while you can’t avoid all injuries as a runner, many of them can be prevented with smart training and strengthening key muscles used when running. Led by Tammy Whyte, running coach + owner of TW Training and physical therapists from Dynamic Physical Therapy, this interactive workshop will teach you how to have your strongest training cycle yet.
You’ll walk away with:
- A running-specific strength routine you can easily implement into your training plan
- Knowing what to look for in a training plan and how to modify it as needed to ensure you’re not increasing your injury risk
- Knowing the biggest keys to getting faster race times while also staying healthy
- A quick warm up + mobility routine you can use before all runs
Light refreshments will be served and a goodie bag will be provided to all attendees.
