Welcome to Trails & Togetherness – Midtown Toronto! �This is a weekly leisure nature walk group for people who want to connect with nature, themselves, and each other. We move at a mindful, leisurely pace, enjoy the trails, wildlife, and fresh air, and foster a warm, friendly community.
When: Saturdays, 9:00 AM (April 1 – November 30; may expand year-round)
Meeting Point: Yonge & St. Clair intersection, north-east corner, in front of TD Bank
Route: Walk nearby ravines and back, with a break at Evergreen Brick Works (halfway point)
Pets: Welcome!
All levels welcome | Screen-free | Rain or shine
This group is about connection, mindfulness, and shared joy on the trails. Spread the word and bring friends — everyone is welcome!

1. Safety & Awareness
• Walk at your own pace — please pay attention to the path.
• Watch for uneven pavement, roots, or wet surfaces.
• Be aware of your surroundings and personal space.

2. Personal Preparedness
• Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking.
• Dress for the weather; bring a hat, sunscreen, or rain gear as needed.
• Bring water and snacks if you’d like.
• Attend in good health — if you feel unwell, consider resting or joining another time.

• This is a voluntary nature walk — participation is at your own risk.
• By joining, you accept responsibility for your own safety.
• The facilitator is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen property.

4. Mindful Guidelines (Optional, Values-Aligned)
• Phones and screens to be used when necessary — step away from screens to notice nature fully.
• Move quietly and with presence, respecting others’ space.
• Observe wildlife without disturbing it.
• Use the first half of the walk for reflection, the second for mindful conversation if you wish.

• Keep the group together at a comfortable pace.
• Respect others’ choices — some may wish to reflect in silence, some may wish to converse.
• Leave no trace — pack out anything you bring in.
