October 2, 2021 is the big day for our 3rd annual fundraiser benefiting the YRMC BreastCare Center, entitled, "Trails 4 Tatas". All the money raised by Trails 4 Tatas goes directly to patients undergoing treatment for breast cancer, to provide essential items/services that they may not be able to afford, so that they can concentrate solely on their recovery. Items and services such as wigs for those experiencing hair loss, house cleaning services, food vouchers, transportation to medical appointments and lodging, if necessary. All money raised stays right here in Yavapai County helping our family, friends and neighbors.The day will begin with breakfast at the Summit 4x4 Adventure Center, followed by an offroad/poker run. The trail we will be running is called Squaw Peak. The run will end in downtown Prescott at the Grand Highland Hotel (154 S. Montezuma Street, Prescott) where there will be a catered lunch, a silent auction and a live auction.
We are very proud to have Marni Uhl as our guest of honor, Mayor Mengarelli as our auctioneer and Angi Bryan as our mistress of ceremonies.
Here is a schedule of the day's events (please make sure you check back often because there may be changes made to times, etc.). ALL TICKET PURCHASES (RUN, POKER HAND AND LUNCH) MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28TH AT 11:59 P.M.! The web address to purchase tickets is listed below.
Trail difficulty: Easy. The trail is suitable for all stock 4 wheel drive vehicles
Trail description: Squaw Peak is a beautiful scenic drive with views of the Verde Valley and beyond.

6:45 a.m. - Breakfast (burritos, bagels, pastries, fruit, juice and coffee) provided by our fabulous sponsors, Peter Medal & Andrea Mauk,The Prescott Elite Team; Traci Ranic and Larry Larsen, Frontier Financial and Vince Moser, Farmers Insurance
7:15 a.m. - Driver's Meeting
7:30 a.m. - Hard roll out out for group 1
8:00 a.m. - Hard roll out for group 2
12:30 p.m. - Group 1 should start arriving at the Grand Highland Hotel soon after followed by group 2. The entrance is in the back of the hotel near the parking structure. A map of the hotel location as well as the parking garage will be given to every run participant at the Driver's meeting. Everyone will be checked in when entering the hotel and lunch tickets will be dispersed, if purchased. For those interested in participaing in either the silet or live auction, credit card information will be secured and paddles handed out for the live auction.
12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Lunch will be served and all silent auction items will be available for viewing and bidding. Live auction items will also be available for viewing during this time.
2:30 p.m. - The silent auction closes. The ceremony will begin followed by the live auction. At the end of the live auction, all auction items (silent and live) will be available for pick up.

Everyone is welcome to join in on any or all of the day's events. Feel free to join us for lunch and the auctions even if you don't want to go on the run.
