Trailmixed x RAR Bay Area: Biking is Medicine with Arte Amaya

Cinthia, Natalia, and Fatima will lead an intentional 11-mile beginner level dirt ride beginning at the Palo Alto CalTrain station and through the Baylands (Byxbee Park). This ride is beginner-friendly though knowledge of how to ride a bike is required. All paces and skill levels will be welcomed. There will be medicinal and reflective pauses incorporated, to be led by Cinthia. However, they are optional and all folks with an interest in learning more about this sport, especially those who have never ridden on dirt before, are invited to participate.
