The Lone Star Ruck Club is returning for a Wednesday Ruck at Northshore Trail, meeting up at the store beforehand. You are encouraged to bring a ruck or weighted backpack if you have one. There will be a few extras available if you don't (but we can't guarantee they won't run out). There are no minimum weight requirements, just a desire to try something new and learn from the group.
The plan is to do 3-5 miles. If you have trail shoes we recommend wearing them. Let's have a blast and try something new! Get here early to get checked in and don't forget a headlamp.
