Trail Gulch Road clean-up:
Please join Rocky Mountain Sport Riders Saturday, Sept 6th as we work with the local BLM office to clean up Trail Gulch Road. This area has many uses, including ADV motorcycling on the Colorado Backcountry Discovery Route, trail running, bicycling, 4x4 rock-crawling, other OHV/SXS/dirt bike use, and most importantly - the access road up to Dry Lake MX Park! Anyone who has driven up to the track has probably noticed the increasing amount of litter alongside this road. Let's support Dry Lake and our community and clean up this area for everyone to enjoy!
We will meet at 9:00 AM. Trash bags will be provided. Please bring work gloves, plenty of water, sunscreen, and snacks as needed. Pick-up trucks and utility SxS are welcome! Dumpster will be at the top of the road at the track.
We will meet at the bottom of the road (near I-70) at 9:00 AM, and will work our way up Trail Gulch Rd. to the motocross park (4.8 miles). Bring your dirt bike if you would like to ride afterwards!
RMSR members will get free entry to Dry Lake MX Park that afternoon after participating in the clean-up.
