Discover the compelling stories of lives marked by mystery, misfortune, and unexpected endings. Tragic Tales is a guided cemetery tour that explores the strange and somber chapters of the past. As we walk among the headstones, we’ll share the histories of individuals honoring their lives while reflecting on the twists of fate that brought them here.
Guests will have exclusive access to the cemetery’s vault which is only open once a year! This year the vault will feature:
Tarot reader, Kyah Adrielle
Merch by Wild Mythic, Weird Sisters, and Frankly Fantastic Creations
Warm beverages available for purchase. This event is a fundraiser for the Riverside Cemetery Association to aid the cemetery with ongoing caretaking.
Guided tours at 5:45pm, 6:15pm, and 6:45pm - Tickets $15; Guided tour with ghost stories by the Libbey Mausoleum at 7:15pm - Tickets $20
Important Notes:
Accessibility: The tour covers uneven, hilly terrain and is not accessible for wheelchairs or individuals with certain mobility challenges. There are no seating options along the route.
Age Advisory: Due to mature themes, this event is not recommended for children under 10.
What to Wear: Attendees are encouraged to dress warmly and wear sturdy footwear appropriate for walking in low light and uneven ground.
