@Heather McNair will walk a small group of 8 through making a traditional full Thanksgiving Dinner at her apartment in Ballad, (one flight of stairs) close to Ballard Highschool. Adress will be shared with after making payment to RSVP a spot.
Spatchcock turkey
Gravy
Mashed potatoes
Stuffing
Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Biscuits
Green bean casserole
Baked custard
Caffine free iced mint tea and lemonade will be provided by Heather.
Cost $25/person excluding tips.
Spatchcock Turkey will cut down the cooking time in half, while allowing all the meat to cook evenly.
