Join us for a peaceful evening of Traditional Reiki Meditation & Chanting, where we gather in a heart-centered space to connect with the healing energy of Reiki. This class is a meditative journey rooted in traditional Japanese Reiki practices, open to all spiritual seekers, regardless of Reiki training or experience.
We will begin with Gassho Meditation, the practice of bringing the two hands together at the heart center to cultivate presence, gratitude, and inner stillness. With gentle guidance, we’ll move into energy-aware breathwork, allowing participants to attune to the subtle flow of Reiki through breath and awareness.
The session will deepen through the chanting of the Reiki Precepts and Reiki Symbols, powerful vibrational practices that align the body, mind, and spirit with universal life energy. Whether you chant along or simply listen, you are welcome to absorb the healing resonance.
This sacred hour offers a space for grounding, reflection, and quiet connection. Even simply sitting in the presence of the group energy and receiving the vibrations of the chanting can be deeply restorative and uplifting.
All are welcome—no Reiki experience necessary. Come as you are and allow yourself to rest, realign, and receive.
