Traditional Filled Pasta Making Class

MASTER THE ART OF CLASSIC FILLED PASTA AT EATALY!

Join us for a hands-on pasta-making class and immerse yourself in the rustic charm of Italian cuisine!

Guided by our expert chef, you’ll learn how to prepare fresh egg pasta dough from scratch. Then, bring your creations to life in two flavourful dishes: casunzei with beetroot and potatoes and tortellini with prosciutto and cream.

The experience begins with a welcome glass of Prosecco and nibbles, followed by step-by-step instruction in a relaxed, interactive setting. Our chef will cook alongside you, sharing tips, techniques, and answering questions as you go.

Each participant will receive:

• A detailed digital recipe card

• A class diploma, signed by our chef

Important information:

• This class is not suitable for gluten-free guests, but it is suitable for vegetarians (please inform us in writing a few days before the class if you have dietary requirements)

• Due to the layout of our kitchens and operations, we are unable to guarantee against cross-contamination.

• This class is designed for adults unless otherwise specified. Participants from the age of 14 and under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult and pre-agreed with Eataly in writing.

• Recipes and ingredients used in this class are fixed and cannot be modified.

• If more than 8 guests are attending, some participants may be required to share equipment and workspace. Don’t worry, everyone will prepare and enjoy their own dish from scratch!

• Additional drinks, aside from the welcome drink, are not included in the ticket fee and will be charged separately.

Ticket policy:

• ·Tickets are not refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may:

1. Send someone to attend in your place (all they need is your tickets' QR codes)

1. Request to reschedule for another date within the same month, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 5 working days before your original class date, to be considered.

• La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if this occurs.
