Do you love traditional pickles? The secret is fermentation! Join Emillie Parrish, cookbook author and fermentation enthusiast, for this beginner-friendly workshop. Fermentation is a simple and traditional way to preserve pickles. Simply pack them in a jar and you’re done! Workshop fees include the supplies needed to make your own jar of salt-brine pickled cucumbers. Please bring a cutting board and a knife. Recycled pickle jars will be provided, but feel free to bring a 1L jar.
