Europe's holiday traditions are filled with delicious treats that tell stories of culture, history, and celebration. From Italy's Christmas torrone to German stollen to England's obsession with figs and port, there are so many amazing ways to enjoy the seasonal cheer.
In this engaging class, you'll enjoy a variety of beloved holiday food and wine specialties from Italy, France, England, and more! Learn how Europeans mark the season through food and wine, and discover the influences that shaped these traditions by sampling these seasonal specialties. It's a tasty journey through some of Europe's most cherished holiday celebrations.
We will make every effort to accommodate food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, but, due to the fact that we work with small producers from around the globe, we are unable to guarantee or protect from cross contamination.
