9:15 to 10:00 Long Jump
10:00 to 10:45 Throws
10:45 to 11:30 High Jump
11:30 to 12:15 Running Events
12:15 lunch in classroom
1:00 work on testing for USATF certification. (it is a new certification period, everyone needs to test, have a USATF membership, background check and safe sport)
If you have a computer device, please bring it.
We will have coffee and rolls in the morning and lunch at noon.
There is no charge to attend.
