TOYS & TINSEL YOGA at Glow Hot Yoga SRQ! It’s that time of year to stretch your heart (and maybe your hamstrings) for a good cause! Join us at Glow Hot Yoga SRQ for a special donation-based holiday yoga class to support our annual Toy Drive benefiting local families in need.

This class is open to all levels! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just curious what “downward dog” actually means, this is the perfect time to try it! Come for the stretch, stay for the glow (and the good karma).
