Toy Giveaway and Day of Play

Join Recess Cleveland as we help Toys for Tots distribute new, unwrapped toys as Christmas gifts to children in the Cleveland area and also test out some of the new toys in our new indoor play facility we've named The Fun Lab in the St. Clair / Superior area.

What to expect?

Recess Cleveland is a local nonprofit that builds healthy, active, and social communities using recess and organized sports. We are launching an 11,000 square-foot indoor pay-to-play park, called The Fun Lab, which will feature bounce houses, a soft play park area (aka Toddler Town), and large group game areas where we'll play games like Bubble Soccer, Dodgeball, and Gellyball. Each family who signs up to receive a toy on December 17th will receive a FREE Hour of play in our Fun Lab (time permitting).

How do I sign up my children for toys?

Pre-registration is REQUIRED for this event. To register, click the green register button or orange tickets button attached to this event invite. Once clicked, please provide the name, age, and gender of the children you would like to request toys for. On December 17th, if you have children aged 6 and under, please arrive at our facility between 1pm and 3pm to pick up your toy and play. If you have a child aged 7 through 12, please arrive between 3pm and 5pm. If you have children in each age group, please arrive in either time slot. This is a private event and NO ONE will be allowed entry without pre-registering.

Each child you reserve a toy for MUST be present to accept the toy. We CANNOT give toys to parents for kids who did not attend.

But what about COVID...

Recess Cleveland has spent the past year researching and practicing ways to get out a play safely during a pandemic. We've also partnered up with Neighbor Up and we will distribute FREE MASKS and warm drinks during the event.
