Malvern’s identity was shaped by its women and minorities. Our tour will highlight just some of the many contributions of Black and female Malvernites since the 1800s, affecting our libraries, homes, banks, and a myriad of businesses. We’ll learn more about the effective women’s social groups and our industrious Black businessmen over the years.
The tour is scheduled by the Chester County's Planning Commission in collaboration with Malvern Borough Historical Commission and will begin and end at Burke Park.
