Recruitment and Selection Town Shows will deliver 16x Shows across the UK late Feb to late Oct 26 to engage with 16–24 year-olds and their Gatekeepers, expanding the interest of the RAF and a RAF career, to a wider demographic and provide the opportunity for increased social mobility.
The RAF Whole Force is participating from front-line flying sqns, majority of Profession groups and RAF Sport to UAS, RAFAC, RAF Ben Fund, RAFA and fly pasts.
RAF Music is a key entity within this, both the Music Profession and physically showcasing its spread of music to entice members of the public to the venue within each town / city.These individuals are committed to inspiring others through positivity and personal example of excellence: motivating the next generation. This will increase the volume of talented applicants, converting interest into applications/recruitment.
