The Town of Bel Air Municipal Election for two (2) seats on the Board of Town Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Town Hall, 39 N. Hickory Avenue, Bel Air, Maryland. Polls open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. Town of Bel Air Elections are held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of every odd-numbered year. The commissioners serve four-year terms and their terms are staggered. A candidate for commissioner must have resided in the town for at least six months immediately preceding their election and be a registered voter of the town.Eligible voters must meet all of the following qualifications to vote on Election Day:
1) Be a citizen of the United States.
2) Be 18 years of age or older.
3) Have resided in the Town of Bel Air for at least 21 days preceding any town election or referendum.
4) Not constitutionally prohibited by the Annotated Code of Maryland.
5) Must be a registered voter of the State of Maryland.
