Tower39 Rooftop Movement + Meditation Class

Join us at Tower39 on Saturday morning at 10am.

Tower39, a rooftop lounge with ocean views, is situated in the heart of Carlsbad Village atop SpringHill Suites.

Class Details:

• This class is FREE to sign up for both hotel guests and community members. There are limited spots. Register to reserve your.
• The session starts with grounding breathwork, transitions into gentle stretching yoga flow, and ends with a guided meditation.
• The class is 60 minutes and suitable for all levels.
• Weather permitting.

This peaceful practice is an excellent way to start your weekend.

Additional Information:

After the class stay to savor the stunning ocean views while enjoying a mimosa, Tower39 spritz, or other delightful beverages.

Yoga attendees receive a 15% discount on a single purchase.

Arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class start time to settle into your space and check in.

Hotel Guests: Grab a yoga mat from the front desk and come flow with us.

Community Members: Bring a yoga mat. 10$ suggested cash donations to support the class, but not required. Each person must sign up individually for our waiver. Duplicate names will be deleted, and the ticket released back to the community.
