The Deane is a 25-unit apartment complex in Fayetteville, Arkansas owned by Nick, Joey, and Meredith purchased as a Syndication GP/LP recently!!! 

Their plan was to acquire the distressed Deane St apartment asset and implement their value-add strategy by performing full interior and exterior renovations. Upon completion of the renovations and rebranding of the property, they planned to lease up at the new effective market rents to generate forced value before getting it ready to sell.

Joey, Nick, and Meredith Schneider are the co-founders of Trinity Peak Partners, a real estate investment firm helping others build wealth through passive investing.

Joey graduated from Texas Tech and began his career at Enterprise and then moving into the pharmaceutical industry, where he earned numerous awards. His passion for real estate grew as he built homes and invested in multiple properties, eventually co-founding Trinity Peak Partners. Joey manages rentals, fix-and-flips, and multifamily projects.
Nick started in pharmaceutical sales and later managed major healthcare accounts. Early real estate investments led him to co-found Trinity Peak Partners, where he focuses on value-add properties.
Meredith is a retired optometrist turned real estate investor. She built and sold private practices for 17 years before shifting to real estate. As the CFO of Trinity Peak Partners, Meredith handles investor relationships and project design. She is passionate about adventure travel and enjoys activities like mountain climbing and skiing.

Together, they own over 30 units and aim to help others achieve financial freedom through real estate investing.

The property tour “TOURS” will happen at The Deane located at 1851 W Deane St, Fayetteville, AR 72703 at 6:00 pm so come early for pre-tour networking.

The networking event “POURS” will be held at City Park located at 1332 N Leverett Ave Fayetteville, AR 72703 at approximately 7:00 pm.
