About this Event
Explore the Arts Block through a guided walking tour of the four venues managed by Arts + Public Life: the Arts Incubator, Green Line Performing Arts Center, L1 Commons, and the Arts Lawn.
The tour offers a look into the rich cultural history of East Garfield Blvd, while focusing on how these spaces function within the Washington Park neighborhood. Attendees will learn about each venue and about APL’s ongoing community engagement initiatives and public programs.
This tour takes place at the same time of the Cultural Stewardship Reading Room: Summer Open Hours. You are welcome to join the tour and visit the Reading Room afterward.
The tour will start in the Gallery of the Arts Incubator (301 E. Garfield Blvd).
