Tour Mary's Land Farm with Montgomery County Food Council

Tour Mary's Land Farm with MoCo Food Council. The farm is GAP-certified, and has been selling produce to Montgomery County Public Schools. The tour will be led by farmer Tom Cunningham, who will guide us around the infrastructure on his farm that enables them to sell to MCPS. He will also discuss his experience of becoming GAP certified. Farmers, procurement professionals, and all are welcome to join us on this special tour. Wear your sturdy close-toed shoes, and prepare to do some walking. Transportation to the farm is not provided, but contact MCFC if you are interested in connecting with someone to carpool.
