The Oklahoma Center for the Humanities at 101 Archer is proud to host the 2024 Tour de Quartz traveling art show. The exhibit features works created by the drawing & painting and photography students at the 2024 Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute at Quartz Mountain - an intensive, two-week academy in the literary, visual, and performing arts for Oklahoma’s most artistically advanced high school students. Students are selected through a competitive statewide audition process, and every accepted student automatically receives a scholarship to attend. The program’s multidisciplinary structure sets the Summer Arts Institute apart from other arts programs in the nation.
The exhibit will open on Jan. 3, 2025 during the First Friday Art Crawl. You can also catch West(of Eden) in our North Gallery. Music by Mark Gibson. Food and a cash bar in the gallery.
