Hamachi & lobster tail crudo with cucumber consommé, Fresno chili, lime juice, and finger lime pearls.

Puffed squid ink cracker with charred corn purée and grilled octopus.

Local mushroom medley with mushroom duxelles, black garlic purée, and roasted Romanesco.

🔥 Rebirth – Fourth Course | Lawn
La Caille’s red wine-glazed rabbit, grilled yakitori-style over charcoal. Honey balsamic glazed carrots, farro, and potato gaufrette.

🌸 Bloom – Fifth Course | Glass House / Garden Room
