Do you consider conflict and challenging conversations to be a problem, or part of the solution? Although having difficult conversations can be uncomfortable, it is important that we do something - because whether we like it or not, conflict demands our energy.
In this interactive workshop you’ll discover how to approach conflicts, respectfully state your concerns, stay true to yourself and communicate to strengthen relationships.
