The grief journey can feel like wandering through a wilderness of hurt, confusion, and sadness among other unsettling emotions. Join us to meet others grieving the death a loved one and explore the path forward after loss.Participants will be provided a copy of Understanding Your Grief by Dr. Alan Wolfelt as a guiding material through “the ten essential touchstones for finding hope and healing your heart.” Suggested donation of $15 to cover supplies.
This workshop is held at our Center for Hope and Healing in Winchester on Tuesdays, October 8,15, 22, 29 and November 5, 12 from 3:15 - 4:30 PM.
