Touch is a fundamental human need—yet many of us carry confusion, discomfort, or disconnection around it due to trauma, suppression, or hypersexualization.

Join Nazra Peterson, Holistic Healer and Integration Life Coach, for Touch Talks, a guided and experiential conversation exploring how to reclaim physical and emotional connection as safe, nourishing, and intentional.

This gathering begins with a short Touch Talk, where Nazra shares insights from her work in somatic trauma release, energy healing, and embodied integration. Together, we’ll explore touch literacy and touch fluency—the ability to understand, communicate, and receive different forms of connection with clarity and agency.

The experience then unfolds into three guided segments:

• Touching Stories
• Touching Experiences
• Touching Shares

This session focuses on the first Essential Need for Touch: Safety and Protection, offering a grounded, trauma-informed space to reconnect with your body and nervous system.

You’ll gain awareness of how your body responds to connection and begin to diversify your “portfolio of touch,” uncovering subconscious patterns that shape how you give, receive, or avoid touch.

This is an educational and experiential event. No prior experience is required.
