Join me for a 75-minute partner assisted stretch class, Touch & Release, where both romantic and platonic connections are welcomed. In this nurturing environment, we'll dive into the art of consent and explore the act of caring touch, along with gentle release and stretch techniques assited by your partner. Throughout our time togther, you'll have the opportunity to not only give care but to receive it as well.
