Totally ’90s: Pop Culture Trivia Night
About this Event
How well do you remember the decade of dial-up internet, Blockbuster nights, Scholastic Book Fairs, mixtapes, Tamagotchis, teen magazines, and must-see TV?
Gather your trivia crew and join us at The Rabbit Room in Johnston, Iowa, for a night devoted to all things ’90s. We are covering the books we carried everywhere, movies we still quote, music that lived in our Discman, celebrities who appeared on every magazine cover, and the wonderfully specific details that have stayed with us all these years.
Trivia topics will include:
• Books and bestselling series
• Movies, television, and iconic characters
• Pop, rock, hip-hop, boy bands, and one-hit wonders
• Celebrity moments and famous couples
• Toys, commercials, fashion, trends, and technology
• The cultural moments every ’90s kid remembers
Whether you lived through the decade or simply appreciate its gloriously chaotic pop culture, you are welcome to play.
Come ready to debate answers, sing a few songs under your breath, and discover which member of your team has been quietly holding onto decades of surprisingly useful ’90s knowledge.
Tickets are limited, so reserve your place and start assembling your team.
