Lounge beds are first come first serve.

2. What are your pool policies?

No outside food & beverage, no smoking and no diving allowed

3. How do I cancel my order?

We understand that emergencies happen, and we want to help. Reservations can be canceled up to 8hrs before the event. After that, ticket sales are final and will be denied any refund requests.

4. What type of food and drink is available?

We will have a 80s themed specially curated cocktail and food menu available at the Tropicana bar.

5. Is Parking Available, and where do I go?

The hotel has a special Valet Parking rate at $10. Please be sure to purchase your parking as an add-on to redeem this rate.
