Redington-Fairview General Hospital (RFGH) is excited to offer our Total Wellness program (formerly Weigh To Go) in person, this spring! Total Wellness is RFGH's free community wellness program for adults 18+.Participants who join this 5-week program will learn about a variety of topics related to health and wellness. This class series will have interactive sessions on:
- Health Insurance 101
- Eliminating Processed Foods
- Self-Care and Setting Boundaries
- And More!
Participants will have the option to be weighed-in at each class, but it is not required.
