Come join us for the Total Self-Defense Training Course at 2801 Magnolia Ave! This hands-on event will teach you all the moves you need to protect yourself in any situation. From basic techniques to advanced strategies (including firearms), our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way. Agenda
Week 1 - Avoiding Attacks
Info: In this first session we will discuss avoiding conflict and if that fails, how to not become a victim.
Week 2 - Unarmed Fighting
Info: If you are unable to run away or escape, you may have to defend yourself.
Week 3 - Using Weapons
Info: Using weapons can be a force multiplier, however never use more force than necessary.
Week 4 - Firearm Safety (applies towards CCW certification)
Info: When your or someone you love life is threatened, you may need to defend yourself.
