Overview: Total Makeover Women’s Leadership Conference is a transformative gathering dedicated to encouraging, equipping and empowering women to lead with faith, purpose, and excellence for greater impact. This conference brings together a diverse group of women leaders, professionals, and aspiring leaders to explore the intersection of faith and leadership, fostering growth, community, and impactful change. It is a gathering of women whose purpose is to lead change in the Church and marketplace.

PASTOR BOLA ADEPOJU - WOMAN ON PURPOSE (CONFERENCE HOST)

• Pastor Bola Adepoju, fondly referred to as Pastor Bola, is the founder and visionary behind Woman on Purpose, a non-profit organization. The primary objective of Woman on Purpose is to empower female youth, young adults, and women, enabling them to become catalysts for positive change within their communities.

• Bola Adepoju has a calling to assemble a diverse army of women from all age groups, races, and ethnic backgrounds, as well as the younger generation, recognizing their invaluable voices that require nurturing. Her public appearances on radio, television, and social media platforms exemplify her advocacy for women, both within and beyond the confines of the Church, including secular organizations. As an encouraging figure, she firmly believes that everyone has untapped potential, constantly reminding others that with God by their side, no obstacle is insurmountable. Her life motto echoes this sentiment, "There is nothing God cannot do. With God on your side, there is nothing you cannot do. The only person who can stop you is YOU!"

• Bola serves as visionary of various service and ministry initiatives. This includes the Woman on Purpose outreach, Project R.E.A.C.H. (Restoring & Empowering A Community's Hope), which addresses the needs of the homeless and underserved populations, both locally and in Northern Nigeria, the annual Gathering of the Eagles youth and women empowerment conference, the annual Total Makeover women leaders' summit, the annual "No Carryover" Prayer Summit held at the end of each year, as well as the devotional "Inspirations" and the monthly Voice of Glory and Command Your Month Prayer which resonate deeply within the Church, delivering God's message for the end-time Kingdom to His beloved Bride.

• Pastor Bola has authored nine books. Notably, her latest publication, "Glory in the Wilderness: A personal account of experiencing God in the darkest of times," released in March 2023, provides a gripping narrative of her kidnapping by rebels, an ordeal that severely tested her faith. The book has quickly touched the lives of many, offering profound lessons and inspiring readers through her remarkable journey.

• Education-wise, Pastor Bola holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Spelman College and a master's degree in business administration from Atlanta University, both situated in Atlanta, Georgia. She has a background as an educationist and Human Resource professional, complemented by several certifications.

• In her personal life, Pastor Bola Adepoju is happily married to Dr. Olatunde Adepoju, her lifelong partner. They have been blessed with adult children and several grandchildren.

DR. CAROLYN DRIVER, DRIVER INSTITUTE

• Dr. Carolyn Driver is married to Larry Driver and resides in Fayetteville, Georgia. She is a church planter, an ordained minister, pastor, gifted counselor, teacher, author and certified Growth Coach, Professional Life Leadership Coach and trainer. Dr. Driver has a distinguished professional career in the fields of Business, Education and Ministry spanning for over three decades, bringing to her current position a wealth of knowledge, corporate positioning and expertise to guide her into a world-class ministry in the 21st Century.

• Dr. Driver is Founder and President of Christ Discipleship Ministries, Inc., a 501 (c)(3), non-profit corporation. During her tenure, Christ Discipleship Ministries (CDM) has established a solid track record as an innovative leader in human and community development through a variety of programs and services. Under the leadership of Pastor Carolyn Driver, CDM has facilitated services on a domestic and international basis. In 2004, CDM acquired a one-million-dollar asset base to facilitate a resource and training center in Fairburn, Georgia. Her most notable experience in the field of higher education includes serving as Academic Dean for Trinity Bible College in Peachtree City, Georgia. She was a full-time professor at Beulah Heights University in Atlanta, Georgia for twenty-four years in the Leadership and Business Department. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Covenant Bible College in Portal, Georgia and Southwestern Christian College in Bethany, Oklahoma. In addition, she has served as an adjunct professor for MET (Missions Exposure Training) in Pretoria, South Africa.
• Dr. Driver is also the Founder and CEO of The Driver Institute, L.L.C. which focuses on training for corporations, government and non-profit and for profit organizations. She has been privileged to train leaders in Zimbabwe, Kenya and South Africa, Philippines, Hong Kong and Macao, Mexico, Iceland and Brazil. Her professional credits and experiences include hosting a TBN program and she has appeared on local and national radio and TV. She has also published a column in the West Alabama Gazette newspaper and compiled many training manuals for leadership development and pastoral care. Her talents and skills have been tapped by government, corporations, communities of faith, and institutions of higher learning.

DR. OLATUNDE ADEPOJU - NORTHERN STAR INSTITUTE

• Dr. Olatunde Adepoju, an ordained minister, teacher, mentor, author and coach is the founder of Northern Star Institute, a youth empowerment and leadership development organization. He is focused on change and growth. He believes that anything with life must grow. He has a strong desire for people to excel in their God-given assignment. He is passionate about youth empowerment, leadership development and Church growth.
• Dr. Adepoju is also an expert in relational issues and conflict resolution. He is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia with a degree in Banking and Finance, a Master of Public Administration degree in Finance, a Master of Ministry degree in Leadership and Manpower Enhancement and a Doctorate in Leadership of Church, Ministry and secular organizations.
• Dr. Adepoju is employed by the United States Government and serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee in Georgia.
• Dr. Adepoju is married to the love of his life Pastor Bola Adepoju and blessed with adult children and grandchildren.

DR. CYNITHIA BANKSTON, BLOOD, FIRE & BRIMSTONE REVIVAL MINISTRIES

• Apostle Dr. Cynithia Bankston, an end time servant of the Lord, is one whom God has anointed and chosen for such a time as this to unequivocally declare the uncompromising word of truth with holy authority and divine power.
• As a yielded vessel of honor, she is highly anointed, duly equipped and fully prepared to carry out this mandate: to redeem man through the works of the Holy Spirit, to refresh man by the Spirit of God, to restore the mind of man by the Word and the wisdom of God, to revive the soul of man through the precious promises of God and to reveal the heart of God unto man under an Apostolic, Prophetic and Levitical teaching, preaching, healing and deliverance mantle.
• Apostle Bankston is the God-inspired visionary and overseer of Blood, Fire and Brimstone Revival Ministries, a ministry of deliverance, healing, restoration, revival, teaching and end time spiritual warfare for those who have been bound, rejected, abused and abandoned spiritually. It is also a ministry that pursues and promotes the restoration of spiritual integrity, equality, character, humility, holiness, righteousness, truth and honor among leadership and in the entire Body of Christ.
• She also serves as a Spiritual mother, overseer, powerful prayer warrior, and counselor to many in the body of Christ on a daily basis because of the mantle and mandate that God has laid upon her life.
• Apostle Bankston is the committed facilitator of the God –inspired powerful and explosive conference prayer call entitled “The And At Midnight Conference Prayer Line” where God uses her to preach to, pray extensively for and to counsel His people every Monday night for the last 22 years. Dr. Bankston has also appeared as a guest and special co-host multiple times on The Gospel Touch Show with host Pastor Daisy Mcgrew at WATC TV 57 in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Although it’s been a long time coming, Apostle Bankston has written and published her first book entitled Deceptive Vines: The Breaking of Soul Ties That Bind. She also began her God inspired mentoring program entitled Branded By Him LLC established in order to help those seeking God to be branded by His spirit for success in every area of their lives.
• But most importantly, Apostle Bankston is a born-again, Holy Spirit-filled, fire baptized woman of God. She is called, chosen, anointed and ordained to preach the unadulterated Gospel of Jesus Christ without compromise, but with divine revelation, simplicity, bold truth and a profound depth filled with realness. Her motto in life is “No matter what you face in life, whether it is good, bad or indifferent, just simply do the Godly right things, because in the end only the right thing will matter to God.”

PASTOR CHARLES WESTMORELAND - RESTORATION COMMUNITY MINISTRIES

• Pastor Charles Westmoreland is a passionate life coach, motivational speaker, teacher, author, lead pastor and founder of Restoration Community Ministries in Stockbridge Georgia. He uses real world applications, interwoven with humor and wisdom, to help others overcome challenges, with the direct application of the Word of God through the scriptures. He exemplifies and inspires other individuals to live a victorious life, through the power of gratitude and self-awareness.
• Pastor Westmoreland is the CEO of the Be Inspired apparel line, and the Breaking Barriers Coaching and Counseling firm, an organization committed to changing the world one client at a time. He believes that we all have the ability to create and live in the world that we desire to have. His amazing journey of life has afforded him the opportunity to embrace crowds around the world for over 35 years, traveling nationally and internationally to places such as: Paris France, London England, Athens Greece, Rome Italy, New Delhi India, Korea, Cambodia, Japan, Dubai and Africa just to name a few.

• Pastor Westmoreland has a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. He is married to his lovely wife, Deloris, and together they have one son Darius, daughter-in-law, Zequoia, and one grandchild Zoe.
