Join Coach Jake Walker at Volta Cafe for Total HIIT: Cardio, a 60-minute full-body workout designed to keep you moving, elevate your heart rate and challenge your endurance from start to finish.
Expect a fast-paced workout featuring rotating stations, full-body movements and cardio-focused intervals that will keep you on your toes. Whether you're looking to improve conditioning, burn calories or simply get a great workout in after work, this class is built to leave you feeling accomplished.
To help fuel the workout, every class includes the VOLTA Workout Flight:
Drink 1: Energy Shot before class to get you locked in
Drink 2: Creatine, Collagen or both during class to support performance and recovery
Drink 3: Mini Protein Drink after class to help refuel after the burn
Each stop in the flight is designed to help you get more out of your workout, maximize your results and support recovery from start to finish.
