Jumpstart your workout routine with our fitness experts Jaime McFaden and yogi, Laura Burkhart. This 7-day virtual series weaves the strength and cardio benefits of fitness, with the toning and flexibility benefits of yoga to set you down the path towards long-term fitness success. Use the program as your weekly workout plan or come back to it each time you're looking to refresh your normal routine.
Also, as a follow up to this workshop, once we get back to 'normal' offline events, we will look to have outdoor/indoor workout classes where we can cross-train with different types of workout and also mingle more! In addition, we will have a post event Zoom session to mingle more!
