This 2 day event will teach you how to:
-Assess muscle strength and imbalances
-The principles of assisted neuromuscular stretching
-The sequences of muscle contraction, how the body adapts, and how we can change them.
-How to improve joint function and provide more mobility
-Support pain relief
-How to fully align a body so it can heal and function more optimally
You will leave with a foundation manual that will help you to assess, correct, and strengthen any body.
Each participant will also have hands-on practice, a personal experience of the work, and a copy of "Denaut's Muscular Re-calibration system.
