Mobility is the foundation of movement, and yoga is one of the best activities to improve joint, muscle, and neural mobility. Join physical therapist Dr. Emily Schmidt and yoga teacher Lynn Marie Hemera for a yoga and mobility workshop 10:15-11am Saturday, July 20th!
Your Questions Answered
In this workshop, you'll learn just how yoga improves mobility and you'll experience it yourself through a guided yoga session with modifications for everyone on the mobility spectrum. After the workshop, you'll also have the opportunity to ask a physical therapist about your specific mobility impairments.

About the Hosts
Dr. Emily Schmidt, PT, DPT practiced in the outpatient orthopedic setting for 2 years before opening her own practice so that she could provide the best quality physical therapy care to her clients. She strongly believes that each physical therapy client/patient deserves one-on-one, evidence-based, personalized treatment. She strives to seek out each contributing factor to her client's pain and/or movement dysfunction in a holistic manner.
Lynn Marie Hemera opens yoga and self-care practices to meet you where you are today. She creates a refreshing session at a pace for you to enjoy, and will invite you to pick options that work best for your body so that your practice is life-giving and sustainable.
