Our total beginners six week running course is BACK! This total beginners course is for people who are either totally new to running or perhaps haven't run for a very long time. We use run/walk intervals to build your stamina and technique as well as work on core strength and all the basics you need to know to start running. By week six we will have you running continously if you follow the programme fully. You will have 15 minute homework to complete twice a week between sessions and be supported by our fab team of coaches and run volunteers.
One of the best things about this course is that because it is run as a six week coures then everyone starts as a beginners at the same time and you're with like minded people on the same journey.
Make sure you mark each Wednesday in your diary so you can make the sessions and then book your place now before it sells out!
