Tot & Me Yoga is a dynamic and engaging yoga class designed for tots aged 12 months to 3 years, along with their caregivers. This class combines yoga, movement, music, song, and play to captivate the attention of busy littles. It provides a fun and interactive environment where caregivers and children can bond while exploring the benefits of yoga together. This is a 30 minute class followed by community time.
