Welcome to the Torture Gym 2025 Seminar Series: WPD and WBB! Join us for a Posing Clinic by 2x Ms. Physique Olympia Shanique Grant, IFBB WPD Pro Amanda Machado, and IFBB WBB Olympian Kristina Mendoza. We have reformatted our posing seminars for the 2025 season to better help all athletes with division focused sessions. This in-person event will take place at 7965 S Rainbow Blvd unit 115, so mark your calendars and get ready to better your stage stage presence and confidence.
Parking is available in the front and back of the building for free. This event is free with a max capacity of 10 people.
