Siamo lieti di annunciare il corso di tortellini fatti in casa, piatto per eccellenza di Bologna. In questi mesi avrete sicuramente avuto l'occasione di assaggiarli o ne avrete sentito parlare, sta volta serete voi a prepararli guidati da esperte "sfogline" Bolognesi !
Quello che forse non sapete sui tortellini è che la loro forma deriva da nientepopodimeno che... l'ombelico! Secondo la leggenda, qualche secolo fa, uno sguardo maschile sorprese le forme nude di una nobildonna - c'è chi dice addirittura fosse la Dea Venere - e ne rimase estasiato, al punto da volerle riprodurre in cucina. Dopo aver preparato i tortellini li mangeremo tutti insieme con le sfogline accompagnati da del buon vino!
QUINDI:
piatto di tortellini = buonissimo = tipico = forma d'arte a SOLO 20€!

We are pleased to announcethe homemade tortellini course, the dish par excellence of Bologna. In recent months you will surely have had the opportunity to taste them or you will have heard of them, this time it is up to you to prepare them guided by expert Bolognese "sfogline"!
What you might not know is that its particular shape derives from... the belly button! According to the legend, a few centuries ago, a man stare caught the naked body of a Lady - someone says it was even Venus! - and he liked it so much that he wanted to copy those shapes in a recipe. After we make the tortellini we're gonna eat them all together with wine!
