Stop by after your Saturday market adventures and take in our June exhibit, "Shake the Raw Goddess", during one of our exclusive open house times! Hang out with artist Marlo Crocifisso and take in the current show outside of our First Friday events to recharge and take in a peaceful private viewing by two amazing Montana artists.About the show: "Shake the Raw Goddess" features artwork by John Piacquadio and Marlo Crocifisso. Hailing from Philipsburg, MT, Piacquadio has long held a passion for fly fishing which highly influences his artwork. This body of work is a collection that spans three different periods and styles, exploring the forms and movement of flies and leaping fish in his highly gestural and mildly abstract sumi styled ink compositions. Piacquadio also loves to play with his other personal interests, ranging from pop culture to conspiracies.
Crocifisso is a native Montanan and Fine Art graduate from the University of Montana. Her unapologetic and bold mixed media and collage pieces focus on the strange and often heartbreaking aspects of life. With this body of work she experiments with collage and photo transfers, taking joy in the many steps this process takes to get the final result, which is always a surprise. fishing which highly influences his artwork.
