Contact improvisation involves a rolling point of contact and sliding. So clothing with zippers, buttons, and jewellery can be trouble. Sleeveless shirts, shorts, skirts, and slippery clothes are not recommended. Only non-glass water bottles are allowed in the studio as we dance barefoot. Please avoid wearing perfumes or scented body care products in consideration for people with chemical sensitivities. Masks are optional at the Sunday Contact Jam. Please do not attend the jam if you are feeling unwell.
