About this Event
Olympian Led Swim Clinic Series
Head to Head promotes mental resiliency and physical wellness among young Canadians through Olympic and national team athlete led mentorship programs that teach healthy habits and inspire confidence. Our Olympian mentors have learned a lot from their incredible swim careers and will share their extensive knowledge of the sport, success, and hard work with the next generation of Canadian swimmers.
Please note that with the 2024 Paris Olympics happening this summer, and Olympic trials happening in May - we will be confirming our Olympian leads after those trials, so that we know which superstars are available and ready to lead!

Note: Specific in pool topics will be confirmed in May along with the Olympian mentor! Each day will cover a ton of great content, but see below for a few featured themes on each day!
Monday July 29th:
9:00AM - 11:00AM – In pool session - Freestyle, Turns, drills and technique! *final topics to be confirmed in May
11:00AM -12:00PM – In class session - Resilience and tips for overcoming obstacles and challenges!

9:00AM - 11:00AM – In pool session - 1:30PM - 3:30 PM – In pool session - Backstroke, Flip turns, IM drills and technique! *final topics to be confirmed in May
11:00AM -12:00PM – In class session - Managing Nerves & dealing with pressure!

Wednesday July 31st:
9:00AM - 11:00AM – In pool session - Underwater kick off the wall, breakouts, finishes and relay starts! *final topics to be confirmed in May
11:00AM -12:00 PM – In class session - Goal Setting & Time Management (managing school, sport, and more!)

Any group of 3 swimmers that purchase tickets together will receive a 10% discount! To receive this discount email [email protected] with the names of the swimmers!
Any coaches that have a swimmer in attendance are welcome to join the session free of cost - please just ensure to let us know in advance so that they have access (email [email protected])!
We keep our clinics as small group sessions so that each swimmer (no matter their level, ages 10 - 16) will benefit from the clinic and get time with the athlete.

What's the refund policy?
If you wish to cancel your ticket 7 days prior to the event, you can get a refund. Please request through Eventbrite.
*** PLEASE NOTE THAT EVENTBRITE WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE A FULL REFUND OF THEIR FEES. This means although you will get the majority of your payment back (if cancelling 7 days or more before the event), Eventbrite will not refund their fee. This is a new Eventbrite Policy that Head to Head unfortunately cannot control.
