Where and When to Pick Up Wristbands
FIRST VENUE:
Bar Karma
🕒 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 587 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1M5
Details: Please arrive at our first stop to scan your ticket and collect your wristband. You have from 8:00pm - 9:00pm to arrive and pick up your wristband for the night.
SECOND VENUE:
Greta Bar YYZ
🕒 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
📍 590 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1M6
Details: Please arrive to this venue to scan your ticket and collect your wristband if you did not get it from the previous venue. You have from 9:00pm - 10:00pm to arrive and pick up your wristband for the night.
THIRD VENUE:
SPIN Toronto
🕒 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📍 577 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1M1
Details: Please arrive to this venue to scan your ticket and collect your wristband if you did not get it from the previous venue. You have from 10:00pm - 11:00pm to arrive and pick up your wristband for the night. The wristband cut off is 11:00pm!
FOURTH VENUE:
Fox on John
🕒 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Details: This is the final stop! Everyone should meet at this venue at 11:00PM to celebrate the final big Pride event.
Wristband Policy
This is an open-format crawl. You must pick up your wristband before 11pm at the designated pick up venue based on the crawl hours. Once you have your wristband, you can visit any participating venues at their specified timeslot. Once the timeslot is over for that venue, you must move to the next venue. All participants will meet at the final venue to celebrate at the final party location!
Please remember that you need to collect your wristband at one of the first 3 stops. No refunds will be given if you show up late and miss the wristband pick-up window! The wristband pickup cut off time is 11:00PM sharp!

TIPS FOR OUR CRAWL
- Pick Up Wristbands On Time: Collect your wristband(s) during the designated time at the scheduled venues before 11:00PM. Latecomers won’t be accommodated – no wristband, no entry.
- Assign a Proxy if Needed: Can't make the check-in? Have a friend pick up your wristband to ensure you don’t miss out.
- Note Club Schedule: Each venues’s scheduled times are listed in the "DIGITAL BAR LIST." Wristbands (for entry) and any applicable drink specials apply only during these times.
- Day-Of Check: Review the "DIGITAL CRAWL MAP" on the event morning for any last-minute details or venue changes.

- Age Requirement: You must be 19+ years of age with a valid government-issued ID to participate in this event. No exceptions.
- Wristbands: Your wristband is your key to entry. You must present your ticket or QR code at check-in to receive your wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times to access participating bars and venues. No wristband, no entry.
- Ticket Policy: All sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. In case of event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a refund (excluding fees) will be automatically issued. Event lineup, venues, and specials are subject to change without notice.
- Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly. We promote a safe, fun environment, but remember, no one should drink and drive. Use designated drivers or rideshare services. Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any attendee based on intoxication or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry for any of these reasons.
- Capacity and Late Entry: Some venues may hit capacity during the event. If a venue reaches capacity or you arrive late, you may have to wait in line to gain entry. There is no guarantee of immediate access or entry to any specific venue once capacity is reached, and no refunds will be provided due to waiting times or access issues.
- Respect & Conduct: Treat others and the event venues with respect. Disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or damage to the venues will result in removal from the event without a refund. The participating bars reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour at any time.
- Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the crawl, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk. Toronto Nightclubs, its affiliates, venues, staff, and organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, death, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
- Event Changes: Bars and venues may change, but the event will continue rain or shine. Be sure to check your email for any last-minute updates.
