• Expect a high-energy silent disco with throwback favorites, multiple channels in your headphones, and an easygoing social atmosphere. Come solo or with friends — the whole point is to dance, have fun, and connect without the usual club pressure.

🛡️ Waiver, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, Media Release, and Ticket Terms
By purchasing, holding, transferring, accepting, using, or attending any event organized, hosted, promoted, operated, or facilitated by The Silent Party Company or any of its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, instructors, DJs, hosts, photographers, videographers, vendors, sponsors, affiliates, venue partners, licensors, successors, assigns, and related representatives, the purchaser and each attendee acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:
1. Binding Acceptance
These terms apply to:
• the original purchaser;
• every attendee under the purchaser’s order;
• any guest, invitee, friend, family member, dependent, or person using a transferred ticket; and
• any person admitted to the event in any manner.
If a purchaser buys or holds more than one ticket, the purchaser represents and warrants that they have authority to accept these terms on behalf of every additional attendee, will provide these terms to them before attendance, and agrees that each attendee’s use of a ticket and attendance at the event constitutes that attendee’s separate acceptance of these terms in full.
Attendance and participation are voluntary. No person is required to participate in any activity, and every attendee remains solely responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to participate.
2. Scope of Events and Activities Covered
These terms apply to all current and future events, gatherings, pop-ups, activations, classes, markets, dances, wellness sessions, movement experiences, silent disco events, runs, walks, beaches, rooftop events, indoor events, outdoor events, partner events, and ticketed or unticketed gatherings organized or connected with The Silent Party Company, including without limitation activities involving:
• yoga, stretching, mobility, somatic practices, guided movement, meditation, breathwork, sound experiences, and dance;
• silent disco, headphone-based music experiences, DJs, performers, amplified sound, and live programming;
• public or private venue attendance, including galleries, museums, hotels, rooftops, beaches, parks, trails, sidewalks, roads, parking areas, pop-up spaces, studios, and other locations;
• night markets, vendor villages, pop-up retail, food and beverage service, samples, brand activations, and sponsor installations;
• group running, jogging, walking, route-based movement, warmups, cooldowns, waterfront activities, beach activities, and optional dips or water entry;
• social mixers, icebreakers, group interaction, crowd movement, and interaction with attendees, volunteers, staff, instructors, DJs, vendors, animals, and third parties.
3. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk
Each attendee knowingly and freely assumes all risks associated with attending or participating in the event, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, inherent or otherwise, and whether arising from negligence, acts or omissions of others, environmental conditions, equipment, premises, food, animals, weather, public space activity, or any other source.
These risks include, without limitation:
• bodily injury, illness, disease, dehydration, fatigue, dizziness, fainting, panic, emotional distress, anxiety, allergic reaction, choking, collision, fall, sprain, fracture, head injury, cardiac event, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, permanent disability, and death;
• loss of, theft of, or damage to personal property;
• discomfort, psychological upset, or emotional release associated with movement, music, social interaction, breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, or other experiences;
• hazards arising from venue conditions, other people, public infrastructure, animals, consumables, equipment, weather, transportation, and surrounding areas.
Each attendee expressly accepts full personal responsibility for all such risks.
4. Health, Fitness, and Personal Responsibility
Each attendee represents that they are physically, mentally, and medically able to attend and participate in the event and any activity they choose to join.
Each attendee understands and agrees that:
• The Silent Party Company does not provide medical care, therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency transportation;
• no instructor, DJ, host, volunteer, contractor, staff member, or vendor is acting as the attendee’s physician, nurse, psychologist, therapist, or licensed healthcare provider unless expressly stated otherwise in writing;
• each attendee is solely responsible for monitoring their own condition before, during, and after participation;
• each attendee may modify, pause, or stop participation at any time for any reason;
• attendees should not participate in any activity if doing so may be unsafe for them or others.
5. Movement, Wellness, and Somatic Practices
Certain events may include yoga, stretching, guided holds, mobility work, fascia release, somatic self-release, meditation, breathwork, grounding exercises, floor-based movement, or other wellness-oriented practices.
Attendees understand and accept that such activities may involve:
• physical exertion;
• balance challenges;
• joint, muscle, and connective tissue strain;
• dizziness, discomfort, soreness, or fatigue;
• emotional release or psychological discomfort;
• interaction with mats, floors, props, headphones, lighting, or surrounding participants.
Participation remains entirely voluntary and at the attendee’s own risk.
6. Dance, Silent Disco, Headphones, Sound, and Equipment Risks
Certain events may include silent disco experiences, DJs, headphone-based audio, amplified sound within headphones, dancing, jumping, crowd movement, dark or low-lit environments, strobe-like effects, cables, transmitters, chargers, mixers, generators, batteries, lighting rigs, or other technical equipment.
Attendees understand and accept that risks may include:
• tripping, collision, or falls;
• reduced awareness of surroundings while wearing headphones;
• sound-related discomfort or hearing-related risk if the attendee chooses to use headphones at excessive volume;
• crowd-related injuries;
• malfunction, damage, overheating, or failure of technical or electrical equipment;
• electrical hazards, including hazards arising from cables, power sources, weather exposure, wet surfaces, batteries, chargers, or generators;
• electrocution, shock, fire, smoke, or related injury arising from environmental or equipment conditions, including storms, lightning, rain, wet ground, or improper attendee interference with equipment.
Attendees agree to use all headphones and event equipment carefully, only as intended, and in accordance with any instructions given.
7. Running, Route-Based Events, Public Spaces, and Risks
Certain events may include walking, jogging, running, warmups, cooldowns, movement along public or semi-public routes, and use of waterfront paths, beaches, roads, crossings, sidewalks, trails, boardwalks, or parks.
Attendees understand and accept all risks associated with such activities, including without limitation:
• pace mismatch, exhaustion, dehydration, overheating, cold exposure, or becoming separated from the group;
• collisions with pedestrians, cyclists, runners, scooters, vehicles, pets, strollers, or other members of the public;
• uneven terrain, potholes, curbs, sand, gravel, mud, roots, debris, pavement changes, rocks, stairs, or shoreline hazards;
• reduced visibility, darkness, glare, weather, wind, rain, fog, slippery surfaces, or public obstructions;
• failure to follow route guidance, safety instructions, posted signs, or laws;
• physical injury occurring before, during, or after the route.
Each attendee remains solely responsible for choosing a safe pace, maintaining awareness, and deciding whether to continue.
8. Water, Beach, Ocean, and Optional Dip Risks
Some events may take place near or on beaches, shorelines, waterfront areas, or other bodies of water, and may include optional ocean, lake, or water dips.
No attendee is required to enter the water. Any dip, swim, splash, wading, or water entry is entirely voluntary and at the attendee’s sole risk.
Attendees understand and accept risks including:
• waves, currents, undertow, sudden temperature change, rocks, sand, slippery surfaces, unstable footing, poor water quality, debris, marine conditions, and drowning;
• lack of lifeguard supervision or rescue services;
• injury during entry to or exit from the water;
• hypothermia, panic, fatigue, or collision with others.
Each attendee is solely responsible for deciding whether they are fit and safe to enter the water.
9. Weather and Environmental Conditions
Events may occur in changing indoor or outdoor conditions. Attendees assume all risks associated with:
• heat, cold, humidity, wind, snow, rain, sleet, ice, fog, smoke, poor air quality, lightning, thunder, storms, flooding, or other weather events;
• sun exposure, sunburn, dehydration, and temperature changes;
• darkness, low light, glare, crowd flow, and site-specific conditions.
Attendees understand that weather can create additional hazards and that the organizer may delay, modify, relocate, postpone, shorten, or cancel any event in its sole discretion.
10. Food, Beverages, Samples, Supplements, and Digestibles
Food, beverages, samples, supplements, snacks, alcohol-free products, caffeinated products, and other consumables may be sold, served, displayed, sampled, or distributed by venues, vendors, sponsors, or third parties.
Consumption is voluntary and entirely at the attendee’s own risk. Each attendee is solely responsible for:
• allergies, sensitivities, medical restrictions, dietary restrictions, contamination risk, choking risk, and adverse reactions;
• assessing ingredients, sourcing, handling, labeling, and suitability of any consumable.
The Silent Party Company makes no representation or warranty regarding any consumable item and is not responsible for any illness, reaction, injury, or loss arising from consumption or use.
11. Animals and Pets
Animals, including dogs, may be present at or near certain events.
Attendees assume all risks arising from the presence of animals, including:
• allergies, bites, scratches, collisions, fear responses, falls, property damage, and other animal-related incidents.
Owners and handlers remain solely responsible for their animals. Attendees are responsible for supervising any child, guest, or dependent in their care around animals.
12. Independent Vendors, Sponsors, Partners, and Third Parties
Vendors, sponsors, photographers, instructors, performers, food providers, beverage providers, venue partners, security personnel, transportation providers, and other third parties may operate independently and may have their own rules, products, terms, and practices.
The Silent Party Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, statements, conduct, negligence, or warranties of any independent third party except to the extent required by applicable law.
Any purchase from a vendor or third party is solely between the attendee and that third party.
13. Equipment, Property Damage, and Loss
Headphones, chargers, transmitters, accessories, mats, furniture, fixtures, equipment, decor, staging, and any other property provided by the organizer, venue, or partners must be treated with care.
Attendees accept responsibility for any loss, theft, misuse, breakage, destruction, or damage to organizer, partner, or venue property caused by the attendee or their guest. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
14. Personal Property
Each attendee is solely responsible for their own belongings at all times, including phones, bags, wallets, keys, mats, clothing, jewelry, electronics, and vehicles.
The Silent Party Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
15. Conduct, Safety, and Removal
Attendees must behave respectfully and safely at all times.
The organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny entry, restrict participation, or remove any attendee without refund for any reason including, without limitation:
• intoxication or impairment;
• unsafe conduct;
• harassment, violence, threats, or disorderly behavior;
• failure to follow instructions, route guidance, venue rules, or safety measures;
• property damage;
• interference with staff, vendors, performers, or equipment;
• conduct that creates risk, disruption, or discomfort for others.
Removal, denied entry, or restricted participation does not entitle the attendee to a refund, credit, or compensation unless required by law.
16. Alcohol, Substances, and Impairment
Each attendee is solely responsible for their own choices regarding alcohol, cannabis, medications, stimulants, supplements, and any other substance before, during, or after the event.
Any attendee who appears intoxicated, impaired, medically unfit, or unsafe may be denied entry, restricted from participating in any physical activity, or removed without refund.
17. Emergency Assistance and Medical Costs
If an attendee becomes injured, ill, unwell, unsafe, or in need of assistance, the organizer may, but is not obligated to, seek emergency assistance, first aid, transportation, or related support.
Each attendee authorizes such assistance at their own expense and accepts full responsibility for all ambulance, medical, hospital, therapy, rehabilitation, Medic*tion, transportation, and related costs.
18. Minors and Age Restrictions
Unless otherwise expressly permitted for a specific event, attendees must be at least the minimum age required by the event, venue, law, liquor rules, or posted policy.
If minors are permitted, any minor must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or legal guardian accepts these terms on the minor’s behalf and assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety, conduct, and participation.
Certain events may be 18+, 19+, 21+, or otherwise age-restricted depending on venue or law. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
19. Photo, Video, Audio, and Media Release
Attendees understand that photography, filming, livestreaming, video recording, and audio recording may occur before, during, and after the event.
By attending, each attendee irrevocably grants The Silent Party Company and its partners, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, and licensees the unrestricted right to capture, record, use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, transmit, license, and otherwise exploit the attendee’s image, likeness, voice, name, appearance, performance, statements, and presence in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional, marketing, editorial, archival, advertising, social media, commercial, and related purposes, without compensation, ownership rights, notice, or further approval.
20. Accessibility and Accommodation
Attendees requiring accessibility information or reasonable accommodations should contact in advance. Accommodation requests are subject to venue, timing, safety, and operational feasibility.
21. Ticket Terms and License to Attend
All tickets are personal, revocable licenses to attend the event and remain the property of the organizer or issuing platform as permitted by law.
Tickets may be withdrawn, voided, canceled, or refused for safety, compliance, venue, conduct, operational, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
• all sales are final;
• transfers, exchanges, credits, name changes, reschedules, or substitutions are not guaranteed;
• admission requires a valid ticket and compliance with all event and venue rules;
• late entry may be restricted;
• re-entry may be restricted;
• separate activities may require separate tickets.
The organizer may limit quantities, close entry windows, or change ticket structures at any time.
22. Event Changes, Postponement, Cancellation, and Force Majeure
Event details may change at any time, including:
• date; time; location; route; venue; lineup; instructor; DJ; programming; format; schedule; weather plan; capacity; activities; beach access; water access; vendor participation.
The organizer may postpone, relocate, modify, shorten, extend, suspend, or cancel the event for any reason, including weather, lightning, thunderstorm risk, safety concerns, air quality, public health concerns, venue issues, permit issues, instructor or artist unavailability, equipment problems, low turnout, force majeure, government action, transportation disruption, or any circumstance within or beyond the organizer’s reasonable control.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in the posted ticket policy, no refund, reimbursement, travel reimbursement, accommodation reimbursement, incidental reimbursement, or consequential damages will be owed due to such changes.
Any credit, transfer, rescheduling option, or other remedy offered will be at the organizer’s sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.
23. No Reliance on Promotional Statements
Attendees acknowledge that they are not relying on any verbal statement, social media post, influencer post, photograph, video, advertisement, mood board, informal message, direct message, promise, or promotional wording that is inconsistent with these terms or the official posted ticket policy.
24. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Silent Party Company disclaims all warranties, representations, and guarantees, express or implied, regarding:
• the safety, suitability, or uninterrupted availability of any event;
• the acts or services of third parties;
• the condition of any venue or public area;
• the ingredients, quality, or safety of any consumable;
• the weather, environment, or public conditions;
• the compatibility of any activity with an attendee’s personal health or expectations.
25. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each attendee, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, personal representatives, dependents, and next of kin, fully and forever releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to sue The Silent Party Company and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, DJs, hosts, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, venue partners, landlords, licensors, affiliates, successors, assigns, photographers, videographers, and all related parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, or proceedings of any kind, whether in law or equity, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of or relating in any way to:
• attendance at the event;
• participation in any activity;
• use of headphones or equipment;
• movement, dance, yoga, stretch, run, route, beach access, water entry, or dip;
• food, beverage, animals, vendors, sponsors, or third parties;
• transportation, public areas, venue conditions, environmental conditions, or weather;
• any personal injury, illness, psychological upset, property damage, economic loss, disability, or death.
This release applies regardless of the theory of liability and includes negligence of the released parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
26. Indemnity and Hold Harmless
Each attendee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Silent Party Company and all released parties from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, legal fees, and expenses arising out of or related to:
• the attendee’s acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or breach of these terms;
• damage to property caused by the attendee or their guest;
• injury caused by the attendee to another person or animal;
• attendance or participation by any guest, dependent, minor, or person using the attendee’s ticket;
• any claim brought by a third party arising from the attendee’s conduct or participation.
27. Severability and Maximum Enforceability
These terms are intended to be interpreted as broadly and enforceably as permitted by applicable law.
If any provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
28. Governing Law and Venue
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the event, the ticket, or these terms shall be governed by the law applicable in the jurisdiction where the event takes place, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Any legal proceeding shall be brought only in the courts, tribunals, or forums having proper jurisdiction in or nearest to the event location, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
29. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with any posted ticket policy, event-specific rules, venue rules, and any additional written terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the organizer and each attendee regarding attendance and participation.
30. Final Acknowledgment
By purchasing, holding, transferring, accepting, using, or attending this event, each attendee confirms that they:
• have read these terms carefully;
• understand them fully;
• understand that they are giving up substantial legal rights;
• voluntarily agree to them without coercion;
• assume all risks of attendance and participation;
• agree to be bound by them in full.
